The Shining Park Tower Project, located in Taichung, was planned to become the landmark building for central Taiwan.
The 60+ story tower included a Park Hyatt Hotel, Corporate Headquarters for the Shining Institution, offices for many of the Shining Institute’s subsidiary companies, speculative office space, membership club, health spa and fitness center, banquet and convention facilities and a six level retail podium.
HMA Consulting has designed the integrated security systems which include CCTV surveillance systems, access control, employee ID badging, employee time and attendance tracking, voice communications, emergency assistance stations, elevator control, executive protection and alarm intrusion systems.
