HoM District, a collaboration between Hines and Affinius Capital, is set to become Bellevue’s premier live, work, and play destination. Planned to encompass approximately 1.5 million built square feet, HoM District occupies a prime location in the heart of Downtown Bellevue. The development will offer over 1.1 million SF of creative office space, 65,000+ square feet of vibrant ground floor retail, and more than 400 luxury apartment units.
HMA provided the design of the following systems:
