1001 Pennsylvania is an 14-story, 750,000 square-foot office building located between the Capitol and the White House in Washington, D.C. The property includes a three-level underground parking structure with 544 parking spaces. The 43,029-square-foot retail space features first-class and casual dining, banking services, copy services and photographic services.
HMA designed the building automation, security and parking control systems.
