1601 Wewatta, a 300,000 square-foot office building located in the Central Platte Valley district of Lower Downtown (LoDo) Denver. The building is immediately adjacent to the amenity-rich Union Station, the largest public transportation redevelopment project in the United States.
The 10-story building contains approximately 280,000 square feet of office space with 20,000 square feet of retail space on the first floor. Parking for 400 vehicles is provided in four subterranean levels.
HMA provided the design of the building management, security and parking control systems.
