2002 Summit Boulevard is an 18-story, 390,000 square-foot office tower and is a twin to the 3003 Summit Boulevard office tower. 2002 Summit Boulevard is located within Perimeter Summit, the master- planned, mixed-use development, fully zoned for up to 3.5 million square-feet of office space, 500 hotel rooms and 400 upscale apartment homes.
HMA Consulting designed the building management and control systems for the facility.
