24th at Camelback

A mixed-use project on 8.5 acres located at 24th Street and Camelback Road, the premier office and retail environment in Greater Phoenix.  The project was constructed in two phases. The first phase is a 300,000 square-foot Class A office tower, including approximately 30,000 square-feet of ground floor retail/restaurant space.  The second phase is also a 300,000 square foot Class A office building.
