A new and inspiring complex comprised of office, hotel and retail in Uptown Charlotte. The 300 South Tryon office tower is a 25-story, 21st century workplace built on the best remaining site on Tryon Street. The property, being developed by Spectrum Properties and Cornerstone Real Estate Advisers, will achieve a LEED Gold Certification.
HMA provided the design of the information technology, WIFI, cellular DAS, security, parking control and building management and controls systems.
