600 Collins is targeting the highest sustainability credentials, a 6 Star Green Star and 6 Star NABERS Energy rating, as well as a Platinum WELL Certification for shell and core, making it one of the most energy efficient and sustainable buildings in Australia.HMA provided the design of the building management and control system, security (access control, videio, communications), audio visual and information technology, parking and revenue control systems.
HMA is providing peer review and design oversight for the building management and control systems as well as all other low voltages systems.
