Located at the corner of Bryant Park and Avenue of the Americas in Midtown Manhattan, 7 Bryant Park is a 28-story, 470,000 square-foot office building. Designed by world-class architect Henry N. Cobb of the firm Pei Cobb Freed & Partners. The building is slated for LEED® certification, incorporating many advanced technology systems.
HMA provided the design of the integrated security access control, CCTV and security communication systems.
