The 475,000 square-foot 801 Gateway integrates efficient office building design criteria with a captivating loft-style window wall facing the San Francisco Bay. Designed to be flexible enough to accommodate a multitude of users from office to high-tech to biotechnology, 801 Gateway features expansive floor plates of over 28,500 square-feet, ceiling heights of over 10 feet and floor loads of over 100 pounds per square-foot.
