The America West Airline corporate office features a 9-story, 218,000 square-foot building and a five-level parking structure. The project has garnered several awards, including recognition as “Building of the Year” by the Arizona Chapter of NAIOP and the Energy Star Label in 2000.
HMA provided design services for the building management and controls system, parking controls and security systems.
