Belmont Village – Encinitas

The project is a 216,000 SF Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care facility including multiple buildings, 3 story height, 8 separate 1 story Single-Family rental units and a total of 200 units with campus like building with central amenities, pool in central courtyard.

HMA provided the design of the following systems:

• occupant management system
• first responder signal enhancement system
