The project will be a 180,000 SF Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care facility including multiple buildings, 3 story height, 8 separate 1 story cottages and a total of 187 units with campus like building with central amenities, pool in central courtyard.
HMA provided the design of the following systems:

- public WIFI
- security access control, video and communication systems
- audio visual systems
- occupant management system
- first responder signal enhancement system
