BG Group Place

BG Group Place is a 46-story office tower located in downtown Houston, containing approximately one million square feet. A signature feature of the building  is a dramatic 39th-floor sky garden recessed into the building’s form that reveals planted terraces and a five-story crystalline atrium.  BG Group and KPMG occupies he majority of the building.

HMA provided the design of the security, parking controls and building management and controls systems.
