Broadway Plaza

Phase 1 of the project included demolishing and rebuilding the parking garages on South Broadway, the expansion of the Macy’s for Women store, the remodel on the East side of the property between Macy’s and Nordstrom, and improvements to traffic flow and pedestrian areas, along with upgraded facades as well as new landscaping.

Phase 2 included construction of two new buildings on the West side of Broadway Plaza, which will be in place of the former Macy’s for Men’s location.

HMA also provide retrofit design for the non-renovated buildings.

HMA provided design of the information technology, WIFI, security and building management and controls systems.
