HMA Consulting provided the security, controls and low voltage systems integration consulting for this prestigious retail, apartment and office complex in Dubai.  The integrated security systems include CCTV surveillance, access control and monitoring, voice intercom, facial recognition, pedestrian tracking and vehicle license plate recognition and tracking   systems.  The building management system controls the mechanical and electrical systems and is the center of the integration, which links the various low voltage building systems such as the fire alarm system, electrical metering systems, the valet parking system, the integrated security systems, chiller controls, the elevator monitoring and control system and the Owner’s Oracle facility management system.

HMA also designed the building automation systems and security systems for the nearby services building that provides chilled water to the retail complex. HMA designed six control rooms for the security and building management control and monitoring functions and other facilities management operations.  Access to certain functions such as the initiation of after-hours air conditioning, zone temperature setpoint adjustment and valet parking has been made available to apartment and office occupants via the web and a telephone interface.
