Del Bosque is a complex consisting of three structures: two faceted, cylindrical, 30-story condominium towers and a complementary 13-story office building. Unique architecture and beautiful views of Chapultapec Park were selling points for the 94 residential units. Del Bosque is one of Mexico City’s most prestigious addresses.
The office tower became the Latin American headquarters for Coca-cola.
HMA Consulting provided the design of an intelligent building system that integrated the building automation, security and fire alarm systems into a single user interface.
