HMA Consulting provided the retrofit of the existing access control system for the majority of Enron’s corporate facilities across North America, their existing 50-story headquarters building and the subsequent design of the security and building automation systems for their new 40-story headquarters office building in downtown Houston.  The facilities include executive offices, corporate security, trading floors, auditoriums, computer centers and food service facilities.

The security systems include integrated CCTV, access control, optical turnstiles, communications, and badging using smart chip identification cards. The automation systems include all electric, state of the art direct digital controls for the monitoring and control of lighting, dual temperature central plants, HVAC, standby power, life safety systems, water services, telecommunication, and   computer room systems.
