Galleria Dallas

The Galleria in Dallas, Dallas’ largest mixed- use complex, is a 3.7 million square-foot development located on a 45-acre site at the northeast corner of the LBJ Freeway and the Dallas Parkway. The complex features over 200 fine stores and restaurants, a 431-room Westin Hotel, three office towers totaling in excess of 1.4 million square-feet, an impressive ice skating rink and the University Club, a private social and athletic club. Anchor stores for the retail portion of the complex include Macy’s, Saks Fifth Avenue  and Nordstrom .

The entire complex is served by one central mechanical plant with state-of-the-art HMA designed building automation-and security system technologies.
