A 165,500 square-foot replacement of the existing building and 30,000 square-feet of renovation of existing gymnasium including an indoor natatorium. The project included over 17,000 square-feet of performing arts practice halls and practice rooms as well as a auditorium.
HMA provide design of the building automation and control systems for the complex.
