The 18 story, 530,000 square-foot office building houses 2,000 general office work spaces, a 10,000 square-foot data center built to Tier IV standards, a 300 seat theater, a full service employee cafe  and a five level below-grade parking structure.

HMA provided the design of the security and building management and controls systems.
