Completed in 1982 and Houston’s tallest building, JPMorgan Chase Tower is a 75-story, 1.7 million-square-foot, five-sided office tower.
HMA provided existing conditions assessments and subsequent retrofit design of the fire alarm, detection, annunciation and communication system.
Just recently, the building underwent a major public space and amenity renovation. HMA provided the design of the following systems:
- security
- audio-visual
- information technology
- building management and control system
