Designed in association with Richard Keating Architecture and Dianna Wong Architecture and Interior Desgin, Kirksey serves as Architect of Record on the new high-end mixed-use Kirby Collection. Located in Upper Kirby, the project encompass a 25 story 385,000 sf residential tower with 199 apartments; a 13 story 210,000 sf Class A office building; and 67,000 sf of high-end retail. The elevated 45,000 sf plaza level is accessed by both the office building and residential tower. The plaza level includes pool with pool bar, reflecting pond and seven 2 story residential loft spaces with private yards.
HMA team provided the design of the following systems:
