The Maple Terrace Development Project is a unique urban infill opportunity in the heart of the Uptown submarket of Dallas, TX.
The project includes approximately 350 for-rent residential units, approximately 10,500 sf of restaurant space, and approximately 130,000 sf of highly differentiated boutique office space integrating key architectural elements of the existing 1920s vintage Maple Terrace Apartments structure.
HMA provided the design of the following systems:

- information technology systems
- audio-visual systems
- unit and site wide IT infrastructure
