McGraw-Hill European Head Office

HMA Consulting was appointed the building management system and security systems consultants for the shell and core of the DS-4 building of the Canary Wharf development.  HMA also undertook the security design for the fit-out phases of this European head office for McGraw-Hill. The building management system monitors and controls the mechanical and electrical building systems. The integrated security systems design encompasses the access control and monitoring, badging, CCTV, bomb detection and duress systems. HMA also designed both the shell and core and McGraw Hill security control rooms.
