Menara Maxis

HMA Consulting provided full- time, on-site consulting services during the construction period for the building management system, security systems and fire alarm system at the Menara Maxis building in the Kuala Lumpur City Center Project in Malaysia.  Menara Maxis is the head office for the Maxis mobile phone services company.

Menara Maxis shares a common podium with the Petronas Towers, which house the head office for Petronas, the national oil company.

Kuala Lumpur City Center is located on the old Kuala Lumpur Jockey Club race track and comprises a mix of head office   buildings, extensive retail, apartments, service buildings and a Mandarin Oriental Hotel situated around a public park with ponds, children’s playgrounds and other facilities that make it a major attraction in the Kuala Lumpur area.
