The planned 119 story tower is to be the anchor building in the new Moscow City Centre development. The tower includes office, hotel, apartments, health club, retail and conference center.
HMA Consulting provided the security risk and vulnerability assessment, master planning as well as the design of the security systems, building automation, IT and intelligent and integrate building systems.
