The World Headquarters for Owens-Corning is set on the banks of the Maumee River just outside of downtown Toledo. The complex comprises executive offices, support staff offices, wellness center, computer center, dining facilities, childcare, conference center and fitness center. This innovative building was designed with one of the first underfloor air distribution system in the United States.
HMA Consulting provided the design of the state-of-the-art building automation and security systems.
