HMA Consulting provided retrofit design services for the striking Pennzoil Place North Tower, the Corporate Headquarters for the Pennzoil Company. The retrofit included the upgrade of the existing controls and monitoring systems, replacement of the dual duct terminal mixing units and the upgrade of the ventilation systems to comply with ASHRAE Standards for Indoor Air Quality.
As part of a separate assignment, HMA provided retrofit design services of the security systems for the Shell Oil Company.
