River Oaks Baptist School & Sanctuary

HMA Consulting,prepared a full security risk and vulnerability assessment for the school and worship complex in metropolitan Houston area.  The school was in the process of a major expansion.

Key areas were:

• The safety of personnel
• Security and life safety within buildings
• Mitigation of the risk of juvenile abduction
• Safe rooms
• Use of uniformed guard services
• Law-enforcement support

A detailed security risk analysis for all areas of the campus was undertaken and recommendations were made for the mitigation of risk and life safety issues and hard asset solutions complete with cost estimates.
