River Point is a 52-story office tower located in the Chicago West Loop area. The 1,100,000 square-foot building includes a public park and landscaped riverwalk adjacent to the Chicago River and Wacker Drive, a garage, amenity retail, fine dining restaurant, fitness center, and building conference center.
The tower was built over the Amtrak train which involved added ventilation and safety systems.
HMA provided the design of the building management and controls systems.
