Riverwalk will ultimately be a 200 acre mixed use community. Phase I includes 2,000 residential units and retail in eight buildings.
HMA provided the design of the following systems:
- building management and controls systems
- security access and video surveillance
- information technology systems
- audio-visual systems
- unit and site wide IT infrastructure
