Hotel at Rivery Park

The Hotel at Rivery Park is a hotel and conference center totaling 200,000 square-foot and 222 rooms.  The hotel located in the Summit at Rivery Park, a 32-acre mixed-use development located on Rivery Boulevard in Georgetown. The seven-story, four-star hotel will also include a 30,000-square-foot conference center and a three-level parking garage with 340 spaces.

HMA provided the building automation and security systems design for the development.
