Texas A&M Commerce desired to relocate students from older housing facilities into new on-campus residence halls. As part of the campus master plan to build new on-campus housing, the Pride Rock Residence Hall is a four story building with central corridor and three wings. It includes 265 two-bedroom units, 12 one-bedroom RA units, and one Hall Director unit for a total of 542 student beds. Project amenities include a public lobby, two student lounges on each level, two laundry facilities on each level and two multipurpose rooms at ground level.
HMA provided security systems design for the project.
