The Cove at Oyster Point is a 600,000 square-foot commercial office building campus situated at the edge of San Francisco Bay, directly off Highway 101 in South San Francisco. This mixed-use, Class A office and R & D campus, also includes retail and is unique in the San Francisco Peninsula.
HMA provided building automation system, security, and parking control consulting services for the master plan and each of the three buildings.
