Kirksey designed this 17 story, Class A, luxury condominium tower located near the Galleria in Houston, Texas in conjunction with developer, Pelican Builders. The 96-unit complex offers 14 different two- to three-bedroom floor plans, some with a study and den.
Common area amenities include 24/7 concierge service and valet parking, two guest suites for rent to homeowners’ visitors, a private residents lounge, resort-style swimming pool with a sun shelf and cabanas, a pavilion with an outdoor kitchen, a fitness center, a private dining room with catering kitchen and a backup generator in the event of a building power outage.
HMA team provided the design of the security and parking systems.
