Tarleton State Honors Residence Hall

The Honors Hall facility consists of a retrofit of the existing Honors Hall, owned by Tarleton State, and an expansion of the Honors Hall via public-private partnership with Balfour Beatty Construction.  The expansion adds 262 beds to the existing 184 beds and adds 6,000 SF of amenity space. The residential units utilize hotel style electronic locks in an effort to reduce the keying requirements by the University.
