Project: Tarleton State Legacy Residence Hall

The Legacy Hall is a near replica of the Legends Hall building in order to shorten design and construction schedules. The three story Legacy Hall is a co-ed facility for both first year and returning students. Legacy Hall includes 150 two-bed units and a director’s unit with student lounges and laundry rooms on each floor. The residential units utilize hotel style electronic locks in an effort to reduce the keying requirements by the University.
HMA provided security systems design for the project.
