Tarleton State Legends Residence Hall

Following the completion of the first phase of student housing expansion, the new three story Legends Hall was completed on a fast-track schedule to accommodate an urgent need for student occupancy space. Legends Hall includes 150 two-bed units, a director’s unit, and administration office space.  Student lounges and laundry rooms on each floor are just a few of the student amenities. The aggressive delivery schedule required phased design packages for site and utilities, foundation and structure, and shell building and interiors, respectively. This approach allowed construction to begin while aspects of the design were being completed.
