Tarleton State Traditions Residence Hall

The Traditions Hall facility consists of two new residence halls located adjacent to the football stadium.  Traditions Hall is a co-ed facility for primarily first year students and upperclassmen.  Balfour Beatty Construction is constructing the design-build-own facility via public-private partnership with Tarleton State University.  Traditions hall includes 616 beds with a pedestrian mall between the two buildings that will serve as a gateway between the main campus and the stadium.  The residential units utilize hotel style electronic locks in an effort to reduce the keying requirements by the University.
