Completed in 1972, Two Shell Plaza is a 26- story, 625,000 square-foot office building containing 17 office levels, 12 parking levels and two commercial levels. in conjunction with One Shell Plaza, the building is home to Shell Oil Company in the gulf region.
HMA Consulting provided retrofit design services for the CCTV surveillance and recording facilities, access control, smart card interface all operating on the Shell Oil Company wide area network.
HMA also provided retrofit design services for the building management and controls systems.
