Tysons Corner Center

The development includes a major mall, office, high-rise residential and hotel.  The mall is a 2M square-foot high end retail center.  Adjacent to the mall is the 22-story, 528,000 square-foot office tower and the 30 story high end Vita residence tower.

The HMA team provided the design of the information technology, CATV, WIFI, and security systems for the condominiums.  We provided design of the building management and control systems, parking controls, security and integration for the office tower.  HMA also provided the information technology, WIFI and security design for the mall.
