Woodfield Preserve is a two-building 640,000 square-foot office development located in Schaumburg, Illinois, a suburb of Chicago. The prime 29-acre site overlooks the Ned Brown Forest Preserve. All building systems are state of the art, including an energy-efficient, under-floor air system that provides precision climate control adjustments at individual workstations as the occupant’s needs change.
HMA provided building automation, security, and parking control systems design services. The systems included totally integrated building systems using ASHRAE standards for BACnet protocols.
